The Moomins are characters in a cartoon series developed by Finnish illustrator Tove Jansson, and they've become quite popular here in Japan. The traveling Moomin Comic Strips Exhibition reaches Ehime in April and May of 20221, and the event will include over 280 drawings and sketches of this much-loved troll family -- many of which haven't been seen in Japan before.
The event will also have a range limited-time exhibition goods available for purchase, including items like Moomin t-shirts, cosmetic pouches, and tote bags to name a few.
As yet, pricing for the event has not yet been determined - updates will be posted on the official website closer to the commencement dates.
