Kurumi Mansion is the perfect place for people who think that regular hotel rooms are unaffordable, but who do not want to stay in a cheap guest house sharing a bathroom and kitchen with other residents. The benefits of serviced apartments include more space and privacy, convenience when traveling with a family, and cost savings through cooking your own meals at home-away-from-home. Kurumi provides all the amenities you need, including an IH cooking heater, electric kettle, microwave oven, pots, frying pans and basic utensils. You’ll feel like a local rather than a tourist!
Kurumi apartments are available in a variety of sizes (single, double and triple) and you can choose from 11 different types of rooms. All rooms are equipped with a TV, internet jack, refrigerator and air conditioner. Rice cookers and irons are also available upon request. We have laundry facilities on the third floor, which you can use free ofcharge. Check-in time starts as early as 9am, and there’s no rush to leave with a 1pm check-out.
Kurumi is very conveniently located in Tokyo. Within a 2-minute walk there are convenience stores, restaurants, a post office and a police station. A short strollup to Monzennaka-cho or Ningyo-cho opens up many options for shopping, dining out and enjoying the old downtown, or shita-machi, atmosphere.
Kurumi is about 10 minutes on foot from Suitengumae, Monzennakacho and Kayabacho Metro stations, giving you easy access to 4 major subway lines. It’s only about 5 minutes on the Metro to Tokyo, Ginza, Tsukiji and Akihabara; 10 minutes to Asakusa and Ueno; 20 minutes to Shibuya; and 25 minutes to Shinjuku. Also, from Kurumi it is only a 10-minute walk to TCAT, where buses leave several times each hour for Narita International Airport. And nearby Hatchobori station is just a 14-minute subway ride from Tokyo Disneyland!
Kurumi is situated next to the Sumida River, where you can enjoy the beautiful sight of the many and various boats floating by as you stroll or jog along the banks. In particular, the night views of Tsukishima and Tsukudajima from Eitaibashi and Sumidaohashi are incredible.
Perhaps most important of all, the immediate vicinity of Kurumi is very quiet in the evening. You can have a good night’s sleep after a great day’s exploration of one of the most exciting cities in the world!
