Momijidani Park at Kintai

Pretty quiet on this rainy day

The colors were just amazing and nearly at peak

This tree was truly stunning

One of my favorite spots in the park

There is a wonderful little area near the Kintai Bridge in Iwakuni called Momijidani Park. In the fall, it's a stunning vision of reds, oranges, and yellows, with a little bit of green mixed in. This park is often overlooked, but it is definitely worth adding to your itinerary the next time you visit the Iwakuni area.
