Hidden behind three of the Prince Hotels in Shinagawa is a lovely Japanese garden containing a large fish pond, a bell tower, a small temple, a traditional tea house, and more. Although meant for guests staying overnight, visitors who dine in one of the many restaurants overlooking the garden can also wander through it. Have steak in Katsura, elegant Japanese in Takanawa Shichiken-jaya, pasta in the Grand Cafe Patio, or dessert in the Komyo Lounge.

Beautiful! So many people I know think of Tokyo as merely an urban jungle of buildings and concrete but there are so many green pockets even in the city "center". I'll have to add this one to my list!
