Being a Vegetarian in Tokyo can prove to be rather difficult when dining out. Ramen Soup at T's Tan Tan is delicious. It is little restaurant in, of all places, Tokyo Station. Not only is it vegetarian, but it is Vegan. That means no animal products (no meat, dairy, eggs).
